Let’s Build a Rectory Together in June! And DONE!

That’s right! We are done! Construction is over and the new Friary Rectory is completed! Our priests give their lives for us and sacrifice in many ways and the construction of our new Friary Rectory that began June is over and our Friars are so happy! Thank you to all who gave to this effort. As you may know, there were some overages to the predicted costs due to the flooding damage that occurred in late June. So, you can still help!

How we will beg Our Lord to reward you a hundred-fold above and beyond the measure with which you give to us! May God reward you for your gift today! Thank you for your considerations and prayers. If you can support this effort, please see Alan or Monsignor, or…

adoration

Come Let Us Adore Him!

Adoration and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament occurs at Saint Miriam every Thursday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm, when the Blessed Sacrament is exposed for Adoration in the Sanctuary! Understood simply, Eucharistic Adoration is adoring or honoring the Eucharistic Presence of Christ. In a deeper sense, it involves “the contemplation of the Mystery of Christ truly present before us”. During Eucharistic Adoration, we “watch and wait”, we remain “silent” in His Presence and open ourselves to His Graces which flow from the Eucharist … Adoration at 5:30pm, preceded by Rosary at 5:15pm!

What a beautiful way to spend a break with our Christ! Join us!

Join A Small Group This Year at Saint Miriam!

Life is not meant to be lived alone. In fact, God hates loneliness. You were created to experience life with other people, and that’s why at Saint Miriam, we encourage you to get involved in one of our amazing small groups!

A small group is a group of three or more people who gather each week in a home, workplace, or our parish. In a group you’ll hang out, study, discuss, and discover, and pray together.

Groups come in all shapes and sizes — married couples, singles, men, women, kids, no kids, workplace, under 20, over 40 — the list goes on. No matter where you are in life, there’s a group for you.

Ready to dive in?
