Today we honor The Fifth Sunday of Easter, A Jubilee Mass for Father Joseph , and the Blessing of our Church Doors! 
 
🎩Gentlemen, Help Momma Lorraine! On Mother’s Day,  Sunday May 8th, 2016, we would like the gentleman of the parish to honor the women! All of us have a wife, mother, daughter, or a very special women that has made a true difference in our lives. Well Gentlemen, here is your opportunity to show your appreciation and gratitude for the women in our Saint Miriam family. We are asking you to volunteer and help make this a very special day for our women. We will need men for various activities before and after the 11:00 Mass on May 8th, 2016. Various ways you might volunteer to help!

🎖A Memorial Day Honoring…Buy a Ribbon & Honor a Soul…Please join us as we honor our veteran’s and dedicate the beautiful new cemetery gates after the 11:00am Morning Mass on May 22nd. Our PREP children will be selling red, white and blue ribbons which will adorn the new cemetery gates at the dedication ceremony. The beautiful ribbons will be sold by the children after the 9:00am Family Mass and before the 11:00am Morning Mass each Sunday beginning April 17th. Each ribbon will bear the name of someone you love: if a veteran choose red or blue, if civilian please choose white. Each ribbon will be a $10 donation or three for only $20.00 and may also be purchased online at our website! Saint Miriam honoring life and service!

☕️ Coffee on the Lawn, Flowers, and a FREE Photo and Mother’s Day!  Fresh flowers for all the moms, the men of the parish serving the ladies, and a photo booth for a free photo with your family? It all happens on Sunday, May 8th at the 11:00am Morning Mass, so bring mom and the children and make this Mother’s Day special! Our gift to all our moms at Saint Miriam!
 
🗓 New Schedules are Ready for May! Our new Ministry Team Schedules are now posted for May at our communication and media site! Please review to see when and where you will serve God the month of May! 📅 Thursday Mass Schedule to Change for Summer! To allow our priests a little time during the week, effective our summer schedule for June, July, and August, Thursdays will be Rosary with Communion from Reserved Sacrament. Join us weekly!
 
📝Saint Miriam Academy Opens! Please spread the word about our new programs including preschool, kindergarten, before/after school care, and summer camp! Wow! Watch us grow this fall!

Now, every time you purchase something wonderful from our Saint Miriam Cafe’ after our Sunday morning Masses, we contribute 100% of that donation to a scholarship fund that allows children without the means to attend our wonderful Zion Preschool at Saint Miriam and Saint Miriam Academy! Your good eating, helps a child!
